Majer Massacre Eyewitness
This eyewitness statement appears to have information that contradicts the Gaddafi regime's claim that NATO killed civilians in Majer.

Translation of the above-listed blog posting:
Mahmoud Dufani - He says he who knows his name would know that his roots are very old in Zliten, where he has friends and relatives.
Just today he found out that a friend lost a wife, seven children, and a sister in the massacre in Zliten.
He continues to say that Gaddafi's forces removed Rocket remains from the bomb site in Zliten (where 83-85 civilians are claimed to have died in a NATO air raid).
The eyewitness also states that because the hits were on the walls, not on the roof, and also because of the nature of the wide-spread hit, that (these characteristics) do not comply with prior NATO hits that are more precise.
He adds that Gaddafi's forces' targets are demolished in a wide diameter, whereas NATO hits are precise and not so widespread.
So his conclusion is that the bombing was not done by NATO but Gaddafi's forces' Grad missiles.
He also adds that they found unexploded GRAD missiles in a garden of a mosque, which implies that GRAD missiles have been fired towards the civilian areas...
(More to come... the rest of the translation will be added as soon as we have it available.)
Also this tweet passed by:
(tripolitano) #Misrata FFs in a skype call confirm that Gaddafi grads were behind death of 38 (not 83) civilians in #Zliten
Please note: This is all unconfirmed, we are awaiting further information

Here is another eyewitness, along the same lines:
8/15/11 Tweets from @s2m2s:
Talked to a cousin who fled to Tunisia from Tripoli said #NATO's done very good job, accurate strikes no civilians casualties
She also said before NATO strikes they drop leaflets and use a sound bomb to alert civilians before any strike #Libya
Civilians shown dead statetv R killed by G.men & not by #NATO #Libya, civilian buildings clearly hit by ground missiles by Gaddafi's men
After NATO strike's gaddafi's military targets, Gaddafi men would strike nearby civilian building so it would seem like NATO did it
