Ben Jawad Shooting - Interview with Captured Gaddafi Regime Soldier
June 10th, 2011
(This video was posted on 6/12/11 )
This video shows one of Gaddafi's soldiers who opened fire on a bus going for the "march of unification" where a young man from Bani Walid was killed and the Freedom Fighters were accused of this crime.
This soldier was caught in an ambush carried out by the Tripoli revolutionists at a check point.
He confessed that he is the one who opened fire, with 6 other soldiers on the "march of unification" that day and got the orders from the criminal regime to do it in order to foment acts of sedition by the people of Libya - in killing people that were pro-Gaddafi and also against, nobody is safe.
This soldier was captured by the revolutionaries, and insisted on covering his face while confessing. (Don't Think ALLAH is unaware of what you are doing)
S: I was in Ben Jawad. They came to us and said: You have an operation to do, there are newcomers in busses coming to join the 'rats'. So, we went and hid near the road and when the bus came, we opened fire.
Q: Just a minute. You did not know how many you shot and who these people were?
S: No. We had been told that they are joining the rats.
Q: The rats??!
S: It was them who said that .
Q: Continue, continue.
S: When you opened fire, they fired too.
Q: Did any of you get hit?
S: No. We stayed in our places for a while and then came back to our positions. Afterward, we discovered after that we had been manipulated and the aim of the operation was to create sedition amongst Libyan people.
Q: You said you were in Ben Jawad and El Harawa. And we captured you in Tripoli. Explain. Where are you from?
S: We were on patrol and were transferred, that's what happened.
Q: Tell us in detail - how did our heroes capture you?
S: We were on a third patrol, it it was 2:30 am. They shot at us. The one next to me got hit, and they came and caught me.
Q: How many of you were there?
S: Three.
Q: What happened to the third?
S: When the shooting started, he was gone.
Q: What do you want to say at the end?
S: I say to the people on the fronts: check yourselves, we are brothers, we are one people. (end)
